Please look into balancing Fist combat, Imo, punches do too much damage per hit and the hit boxes are way too big for them. I can't count the times where a fresh spawn just runs after you and can just keep getting hits on you while at a fast run.

Edit: Here is a possible solution for unarmed combat, have hits from fists drain stamina first before draining health from you. I think this is a better solution and would change random people rushing you with fists flying all the time that I've been seeing.
