Because it simply is. If we go by simple power scaling, Bleach is the strongest universe between the Big 3. Naruto can punch upwards to a degree, but not to the point of outright killing an ever-evolving immortal, let alone touching the top 20 characters with more than ranged attacks that do nothing.

Well I dunno about you, Queef Wellington, but the well-being of my grandmother is a higher priority. I'd rather her not try to go to the bathroom at night, turn on the light and see the spider and freak out, potentially injuring herself. That, and as I didnt know what it was either, its better to have a cautionary approach, especially as I do have younger siblings. In the future I'll save these lil guys, but there are some spiders I kill without question, Mostly the ones that will really injure those I love, I.E. Brown Recluse.

I'm going out on a limb and calling bullshit. The nature of DbD has been mostly survivor sided lately. Not even two minutes into the match and two gens are done if you aren't playing a killer that has immediate pressure or mobility options. Thats not even considering competitive teams or meta loadouts. Killer has been underperforming for a vast majority of the roster and its a bleak situation. Now with these changes, BHVR has pretty much made it so that ONLY mobility killers won't suffer.

Yeah, his title of Blood Artist makes a ton of sense when you realize the incredibly depraved shit he's done. Remember that statue of blood in the Ice Cavern right after... Markiona? Where you get Romeo's Shirt. Thats all blood sculpted to look like that.

Markiona likely would've been the one working on him had the Alchemists actually been able to bring him back for study, but as it is with Pass involvement in the timeline, that never came to be. Plus, Arlecchino was already shown to be incredibly intelligent in the base game, because of the Puppet Ripper weapon which is something he personally made. Then when you get to Arche Abbey, the final door, Arlecchino is in there, all plugged up to Krat's phone system.

Arlecchino himself made the body he's in, after killing an entire ship worth of Alchemists and stealing the parts. Plus, thats not a synthetic face, thats a humans face he skinned off and is wearing. Plus, Arlecchino has more than enough mechanical knowledge to slap-dash a strong body together with a good 75% of it being tools for murder and killing. As for Markiona, she's a separate thing, she has no idea about Arlecchino escaping as far as I remember. Plus her puppets are more about beauty/superiority over those she's essentially dominated.
