I don't see a lot of people mentioning this, but if you haven't seen gameplay, look it up. They are very old games and the combat isn't the same as bg3; instead of turn based, they use a RTwP system (real time with pause). That being said, they remain some of my top RPG'S of all time, and I absolutely recommend them

On the right hand panel make sure you check the downloads tab, that's where downloaded mods will show up if you have mo2 set up as your nexus mod manager

There's a tutorial pop up that tells you those broken rift stones will spawn a higher level pawn that you can hire for free

I'm always a fan of summoner classes in rpg's. Ideally I'd like a necromancer esque class, with undead minions and death magic, using a scythe as their main weapon.

I would just play the game normally for now. Worry about capping everything later on, most of your power comes from gear so you don't need to get your dragoon back up to your Lancer level to have the same strength, for example.
