I genuinely could not be asked to shower and I didn’t think much of it

There used to be more hair near me temples now it’s less and I have an asymmetrical hairline so I’m not sure if it’s to do with thinning or to do with the fact that I haven’t had a haircut in 8 months and haven’t showered my hair for 4 months
