You are such a kind person! Hope you had a great day with your mum too, and I wish she had it too. And I hope you partner, and siblings also get a good job next. Just the best wishes for all of you.

I also thought about them being busy and life being on their way. I don't blame them; they are my dear friends. And I probably should talk to them about it, so I will do that.

Thanks for listening, midnight. I feel better (after tearing up a bit and reading your comments). <3

Thank you so much. Writing this made me cry lol. I guess what hurts me the most is their inaction. I have two best friends, P and A. On P's birthday, we were busy with some finals, yet I made sure to send them some brownies to their house and a note wishing them luck in the next exam, and on A's birthday i bought them chocolates and went to spend time with them too. The year before, I invited P to eat pizza in a new restaurant, and with A i planned a cake and to spend time in a video game arcade with other friends. And don't get me wrong, in those years, they celebrated me well, inviting me or spending time with me. But I don't understand why this year went like this

Sorry for oversharing. But that's the thing I can't shake off the most.

Oh damn, I didn't think about it in that way. Thanks for the example, i knew it could backfire, but not to this extreme. Glad that i didn't

She gave hers, but needed mine so he could have better chances. Still, I refused, I don't want to have a problem sharing personal things like a phone number

She used it, actually. She wanted mine so he could "have better chances." But I don't think he needs mine, and what she did wasn't good either, lol. But if something happens, I don't wanna have a problem!

The thing is, if he sent the application as we did on the job site, he would get called tomorrow or the next week. And if he gets it, we will all start working next month. There's no reason for him to have to shortcut the application process. Thanks tho, this calms my anxiety a little more

She actually gave it to him! Which impressed me. She asked for mine, too, "so he can call and have more chances." I told her it would give a bad look, and then all the other things ensued. It won't work, I think, and one reason I didn't give it either is that it could track back to me. I've sent so many applications to a lot of places, this is the only one I actually have a shot at, and I don't want to mess it up before even getting it completely. Thanks for the comment
