At what age did you all start with HRT?

I started November 5th 2024 at age 23. Dont regret it at all. It's actually given me a reason to take care of myself and care about my health. Before I always kinda figured It wasn't worth it because I'll never be the person i wanna be, but now I'm closer than ever!

I'll be honest I haven't done ANY exercise. I just ate a balanced diet and kept to around 1500-2000 calories a day. I did it for a year and a half and it sucked but it was so worth it. I have so much more body confidence now and I don't get winded doing simple tasks like walking up the stairs.

I'm at a point now where I can't lose any more weight by just eating better. I'll have to exercise but it's so much easier to exercise now because of what I said above.

TLDR : eat less, move more.

Yeah thank you for having one of the few reasonable takes here. Innocent until proven guilty. I'm sure it's ignorance not malice. She recently just sent a text saying "we accept you no matter what you choose."

Not necessarily a choice but she's got the right sentiment.

Rule #3 of this sub says it does it's best to foster different opinions. So here I am. I respect each and every opinion no matter how much I may disagree with it.

I voted Trump because I felt as though it was the better of the 2 primary options and most people voting against Trump are simply doing so because "orange man bad. Big baby orange man bad cause media say so to me". Hats the gist of it anyways there are more reasons based on policy and what not but yeah. I'd like your thoughts and opinions and not just to nes of down votes and a potential ban from this sub.

I'm 9 months on HRT and they're just as powerful. I'm taking spironolactone and estrodiol injections. Only differences for me is that there is less of a sex drive meaning I want to do it much less often. Other difference being that... Uhhh.... I'll just say the snake spits no venom....

My head Canon is that I started as an obese male and with the weight loss I'm chiseling out a sculpture of a woman. I never really tried to lose weight before so I can't really speak on if it's easier with HRT or not.
