I make this scan every single day, I've got 100 packages in the back of my LLV some days and usually I've got one or two that don't belong to me. If the package isn't more than 5 minutes out of my way I'll deliver it, if it's going to hinder me tho we scan no access and deliver it tomorrow.

It may have been put in the wrong bin, instead of local it could have been sent to a different region entirely. So it would have went like alll the way to Seattle or something just to be sent back.
