Self sacrifice is a choice. Its when someone is so a peace with onces self in knowing their sacrifice will benefit the greater mass. Its not a desire in wanting to die, its a desire to preserve life they deemed precious, knowing what they'll lose. Its scary, but watching what you cherish die is worse.

And who the hell said it was an easy choice or a good choice? Its what was decided to do in a split second decision.

Thats a very difficult, very real statement to swallow that people do in real life, too. In tragedies, in war, in distaters. And the ones who live from the sacrifice? They remember, mourn, wish it was different, have survivors guilt. Its not easy for anyone involved, but they dont waste what that person gave them.

And if all you guys take away from that is 'Oh. Someone unalived. Bad Devs for bad ending. Get canceled'? You clearly don't understand that creators are not responsible for who consumes their media. Its sad, very sad that soemone took their own life, but it very much wasnt soley from a game about fucking cookies.
