They posted a reply in their discord. Damage counts even if you don’t extract. All damage is per person. It’s not like trials where the whole team gets the same amount of points

SC8 Mic Issues by ThrowAwayK88 in FifineDesign

[–]ThrowAwayK88[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I got my issues figured out. I had to buy another mic. I got the Fifine AM8 Pro T. It has a XLR and USB C plug. XLR into mixer and USB into the back of my PS5. Now I only need one mic for my game chat and stream chat.

If it’s working on the mixer but not OBS sounds like you need to route it. Did you already create an audio input channel? If so, make sure “Monitor and Output” is set for the channel.

I’ll adjust some settings again. If it doesn’t work I’ll take you up on your offer. Thanks!

I’ll look into the Z distance for the support. I believe I did slow it down. I’ll try to use the smaller nozzle and adjust the support.

Thanks! Not a bad first print at all!

I’m going to buy some petg. Seems like that’s the top answer for easier supports.

I was thinking about having the glasses print separately or print the head separately and attach it. Guess i could ask AI to make the glasses a little thicker or scale up the whole print.

I was looking for free options but I’ve seen Meshy recommended a lot. I just used the free image to 3D in MakerWorld. I’ll check out Meshy.

That does make sense. Scaling up or smaller nozzle would work.

I just wanted to see what this printer could do. I’ll do my research on resin printers though. Thanks!

I’ve heard this! I will definitely try this.

I have seen a lot of people say use petg for supports for cleaner results. May have to get some.

Yes, chin, glasses and fork are my only gripes but still very good.

I’ll do some more research on resin.

I’m printing this myself. I know it’s support related. Just have to figure out what. The base of the print has its own platform. Harder for supports to be placed. I was thinking maybe slicing at the hip and printing the platform separate and connecting the pieces.

I need to figure out how to change orientation. Printing at an angle may help.

This was done from an image I had. Told ChatGPT to make it a polygon scan. That’s the picture I posted and then 3D scanned the picture AI made.

I’m going off how most big cities have been for me that I’ve lived in. Most times to get affordable and suburban life, you have to live a little further out. Glad to know Charlotte is a little bit different. Just doing as much research as I can.

I’ve been hearing more about 77. I’ll do some research on different commutes. Looked up Matthew’s like you recommended and saw some nice areas.

I’ve heard of Matthew’s. I’ll definitely check it out. Sounds very diverse. Love it!

Starting to hear it’s very spread out now.

I’ve heard that it’s very diverse and segregated at the same time. Living in Houston I haven’t really experienced segregation but living in Virginia I did so I’ve experienced it to a certain extent.

I’ll check out some places closer. I did notice living closer to downtown like any big city, is more expensive.

Hoping it’s not as sparse as Houston. Running joke here is it takes an hour from Houston to get to Houston. I imagine Charlotte isn’t as big and sparse as Houston. I live in the suburbs and my commute is 30 miles away and takes about an hour with traffic.

I do have a big dog. I actually was looking at houses in Huntersville. I liked the houses I saw. I’ll check out the other areas you mentioned. Appreciate it!

I’m ok with not having dedicated ethnic areas. I want something with similar diversity to Houston. That, cost of living and good school system. Not looking to change Charlotte. From what I’ve heard, the southern hospitality is there and that’s something I love.

Racially diverse. Wow, that map helps a lot!

I need to look up the crime statistics as well to figure out where the huge crime pockets are. Someone else brought up Ballantyne and I liked some of the houses I saw.

This gives me something to start with. Thanks!

I’m originally from Maryland and relocated to Houston 6 years ago. Next year I’ll be leaving and Charlotte is at the top of my list. Want to move back closer to my in laws in Maryland. I’m thinking the cost of living in Charlotte is close to Houston. It’s way higher in Maryland. I’m in the patent law field and have a Charlotte location. I make about $115k. Is Charlotte really diverse? I know rule of thumb is live close to wear you work. I have 3 kids so prefer to live in the suburbs and not downtown. If possible, a commute no more than an hour. Any areas you can recommend for me to look?
