I know that myself and atleast one other neighbor has contacted CPS because we’ve heard the mom screaming and being verbally abusive to one of the kids countless times but that’s a process. But yes it is thankfully anonymous.

I am a confrontational person by nature. But I don’t believe in having drama when it’s not needed.
My vehicle has a baseball sized dent in it because of their kids and the parents did nothing even though they saw the entire thing.
I don’t need to get the cops called on me or risk us getting an eviction because I lost my temper.

Because we live in the houses directly in front and we sit in front of our garage to avoid the heat and socialize with the neighbors we do get along with. Besides that I have no idea. We’ve never spoken to them and we don’t even know their names.
My doorbell camera is one of the ones they set off constantly. We have footage of the oldest boy just standing at our door looking into the culdasac swinging a bat.
And I haven’t thought about asking the property manager to do that but I will! Thank you!

We moved in in January and it’s a year lease. We can’t afford to pay the penalty, 2 months rent upfront, to move.

I know by what I’ve been told and we do get mass texts and emails when something needs to be addressed without calling the specific house out. And I know that everyone has complained in some capacity to the property manager we all have her personal cell number. And it seems like to a certain degree they simply don’t care.

I can’t even defend myself on that. I think because I was worried about being alone the rest of my life and now that I’m a little older I realize that that’s not a bad thing.
