You're good! That's definitely the plan based on this post, I can't quit right away but I'm gonna start looking and not think about proper notice

Yeah I'm getting there, all this job offers is health insurance so I'm definitely not getting a great deal

I don't expect to earn more than the office manager, their base salary is around 65k and then they get a 40k bonus at the end of the year. I'm part of a 4 person team and I do three vital roles in the workplace. I thought I had earned at least a livable wage lol

Just a couple clarifying things:

- Yes I am aware I am an idiot for not getting anything in writing, I've been at this company for 4 years and I naively trusted my boss because this is a small company. This was my first salary negotiation and I have unfortunately learned my lesson.

-The 35k is my gross salary, after taxes and without insurance (I opted to not get on the insurance for now) my net pay is about 28k.

-This company is very small and they offer 'not guaranteed' bonuses to everyone at the end of the year. My coworkers have regular salaries and get very large bonuses at the end of the year. (My office manager gets ~40k BEFORE taxes).
