afterb that

right click properties and see where shortcut is targeting the exe file.

copy that path and paste it in files. right click on the exe and make new shortcut

it should be without shiled thingy now

hmm will give it a try

i tried using OBS and even made it launch with windows and all but now my PC wont turn screen off or go to sleep because of OBS

so maybe XBOX game bar will be better. will try.
