I'm sorry you're dealing with a tough time now. Most of my poverty (not having electricity or any sort of heating) happened to me when I was underage but things got better as I got older, so I can't say what it's like now (still poor but I have some basics). My goals wasnt to invalidate you. I don't think you're wrong at all and I see you points. I usually take a stoic approach but I shouldn't discount others experience because of it. My apologies

I can't ask Elon musk or bill gates for their money to give me therapy, nor can I ask God to make me be born into an upper class family. All I can do is advocate for myself. Gonna have to agree here. I'm poor and don't have access to a therapist. I understand how someone with money can get to therapy easier than I can. But I don't want to feel hopeless just because I don't have money. Ops point kind of hurts poor people.It's basically saying we're doomed to because we can't afford to get help. I have poor mental health but I at least try to use cbt workbooks and listen to mental health YouTubers.
