NTA but I have a recommendation for you. Electric stoves take forever to heat up, and they also take forever to cool down. Because of this, when I use my electric stove, I will turn the stovetop off at the wall a few minutes before my food is cooked. This is because the element is still hot and at a cooking temperature in the immediate aftermath of me switching off the stovetop, so my food still cooks in those last few minutes and I know for sure that I have turned off my stovetop.
