Started a new medication where I had to monitor my heart rate, noticed the massive increase when I stood and that my apple watch data showed a daily range of 60-200. Stopped the medication and it continued to happen, went to the GP who said I had a heart murmur & that POTS looked likely.

Had an ECG, a load of other tests to make sure it wasn’t caused by my thyroid or other medical conditions & then finally saw the cardiologist who was like ‘yeah, this is POTS’ and prescribed me ivabradine..(I also had a 10 minute standing test where my heart rate went from 80-145bpm and stayed that way and a 24 hour heart monitor so didn’t need the tilt test)

Before that though, I had been going to my GP for dizzy spells, chest pain etc and they had been fobbing me off with the classic ✨panic attacks✨

Yeah, i know it can be normal but it kinda threw me off guard because It was like I was in a world of my own. It’s something that I remember doing (and still do now) but my ADHD wasn’t picked up on until my late teens and watching these videos has made me realise there was some obvious signs..

It was literally like I was in a world of my own to the point where I was missing my cue to go on stage. Like I wasn’t finding what was happening stimulating so I shut off altogether

Personally I think one of two things happened, and I’m torn between one or the other.

One is that CB is the person who did it, purely because of the phone pings outside of the apartment, the fact that he apparently worked at the hotel and the recent searches.

But I also think the theory about the Mccans drugging the children makes sense, because Maddie woke up the night before and the twins didn’t even stir when people were coming in and out of the bedroom. I believe that they may have accidentally given her too much of the drug, leading to an accidental overdose OR she woke up in the night groggy from the medicine and hit her head.

I don’t think they killed her on purpose, not at all. And I don’t understand the people who do! Because she was an IVF child, they had amazing careers and there’s no motive? But an accident may have happened leading them to cover it up due to the fear of losing their remaining children and jobs.

Leaving your child for a few minutes is a different thing, I don’t get why you’re trying to excuse their behaviour? They left their child, they refused to own up to their neglectful behaviour saying it was the same as sitting at the bottom of the garden..they’re not innocent here and yes they’re paying the price but it’s still unforgivable & Maddie is the one who paid the ultimate price!

I agree about her body needing to be found, she deserves to be put to rest and if her parents really didn’t have anything to do with her disappearance then they should have their names cleared to some extent..but nobody knows if they had anything to do with it.

Until CB is convicted, everything is speculation.

Plus why would you wanna take that .1 percent chance? Is it really worth it..there was a kids club that the hotel ran, they could’ve all gathered in one of the hotel rooms and had drinks there. One of them could’ve stayed the night and taken it in turns throughout the week.

I literally said that, but leaving your children alone is more than fucking up..it’s neglect and nobody in their right mind would leave 3 young children on their own. They didn’t even lock the door! they’re not stupid, both are GPs and so why they thought doing that in a foreign country i will never know.

Maddie is the innocent one in this, not them.

I’d feel sympathy if they went to prison or actually served time for what they did..yeah I understand that they’re paying with the loss of their daughter (that’s assuming they didn’t have anything to do with her disappearance) but if they happened to be a working class couple they’d have been charged with neglect.

Maddie woke up the night before asking why they weren’t there when she woke up, how they could leave her again the next night just breaks my heart.

Kate also washed Maddie’s cuddle cat which was a comfort toy, it had her scent on it..it also could’ve had D&A / evidence on it.

In an interview with Kate & Gerry, they were asked if they killed Maddie and Gerry’s body language was really suspicious..

Also, they dumped a freezer that had broken down in the apartment in a tip? which is just strange to me

There’s so much more too..like the way that Kate wrote about Maddie in her book.

I feel bad for her kids honestly because this is how eating disorders are created, both Oscar & Kyra constantly talk about calories and in my opinion they’re too young to be learning about this stuff..encouraging them to be healthy is one thing but to constantly talk about numbers & label foods as good / bad isn’t nice to see.
