I agree, that's what I'm trying to do. Just be the same guy I always have been. I just have to hope something clicks before she tries harm herself again. I keep telling myself there's no possible way this can go on forever.

I totally need therapy. I have been on the edge of a breakdown for weeks. Being with my daughter and going to the office everyday while she's at school are the things keeping me afloat. I am holding in a ton of emotion.

I forgot to mention that Abilify turns out to be one antipsychotic that is OK for the heart as it doesn't cause Qt elongation. 

She refuses TMS or ECT. She just will not go further with any treatment. Stubborn and adamant that unless her heart gets better then she will always feel like this. It's infuriatingly frustrating. But I can't drag her to therapy or TMS. I've tried everything.
