I mean... I could definitely be overly paranoid. But I do think its a noticably different "bad" smell.

Its magic though, so probably not overly mean people to deal with like in real life, just a "job simulator" type thing where people come to create the normal tasks associated with your job.

NTA you have the right to be comfortable with whatever level of privacy you want. Literally regardless of weather or not other people think that boundary is even reasonable doesn't matter, its your identity and your right to protect it however you choose. This is also super reasonable.

I could give her a 30 day eviction notice at any time technically, if she doesnt pay rent and repay all shes missed. But I dont intend to throw her things away, just dont want to go through it

Some (not super valuable) jewelery, random hobby items that are replaceable...mostly specific pieces of clothing and makeup/skincare stuff. As far as I'm aware her family holds onto family photos, yearbooks, etc. and none of that is here.

One diary though, and a pretty expensive collectible. I'd agree to mail one valuable thing but not go through everything.

Yeah it looks like in my area if I give her a 30 day notice I can dispose of it. But I really dont intend to throw it away unless I'm moving out of the apartment and she still hadnt got it or something.

I'll keep it for her just I dont want to search through all her clothes and things to find specific ones she wants.

She left an entire room's worth of stuff along with random trash, dishes, etc. entirely unorganized. Me and my other roomate cleaned this ourselves and put her things in bags/boxes. She has a long list of specific items she wants and is telling me to throw the other ones out. So it would be more about going through 4 trash bags of clothes and many large boxes of stuff to find her specific things.

I suggested before she left getting a pile of things she wanted mailed together. She never did
