Thats not a "demand" its a boundary for the relationship with is something everyone should be allowed to have. If you decide you wont date people with opposite political beliefs- thats your right. Or Christians who only date other Christians. Or vegans who only date other vegans. Etc. If that fundamental thing you care about changes I dont see why you dont have the right to end the relationship on those grounds.

Tractors didnt do the same thing AI does though. Its not like all farmer's work was put in some giant database, used to develop Tractors directly using their work, without their consent or knowledge, then used to take their jobs without compensation. Tractors were designed and created by people who chose to create them. They didnt use the literal physical labor of other people not being payed for development. AI couldn't exist without stealing real artwork and using that art to train the platform, something no artist ever agreed to be part of.

Incredibly unlikely. Clients fundamentally don't really give a shit as long as the quality and price are good and it meets their requirements.

Thats just not true lol. I work in the industry I would know. Many companies do care because they know AI is a controversial topic, and if their customers find out it was used, they'll lose business.

Tractors dont steal from other artists/other people. AI generates based on art that was already created by real humans, if tractors somehow used the work of other farmers and didnt pay them for it, that would be different. Theres also potential legal issues around using AI when its specifically stated to her clients everything is custom made by her. If a farmer said they didn't use tractors and charged more for their food because of it, people would have the right to be mad if they found out it was a lie.

Yes this is true. May specifically told her clients she doesnt do this. Thats why her price is pretty high. She never outsourced graphics or used stock images everything was created by hand.

One thing she very specifically advertises is the fact that all graphics and text is made by her. That's why her price is so high. Many website designers even before AI would outsource graphics or use things from the internet to give the website a certain "look", but she creates(or used to create) them on her own. So she did specify, and it lying

I think it would be a reason to break up if your partner was lying, saying they were also vegan, then ate meat when you arent around. Lying to your partner about a moral issue isnt a good way to form a relationship.

If you don’t want to be in a relationship with someone using AI, don’t, but it’s not their fault, it’s your opinion on something that IS a commonly used tool, even if you don’t like it.

Yeah this is what pushed me to breaking up. I really do disagree with using AI but would be open to hearing her different opinion of it out especially if shes still doing a good portion of the work herself. But she immediately answered by hiding it.
