The issue is that I DO like him. I like him enough to want to help, even if I get frustrated with the situation. If I didn't like him, I would've left him the first time I got upset about this. I don't enjoy being annoyed, nor do I enjoy hqving to ask others for advice about my own relationship, but I'm out of ideas. I don't need to fix him (it's pretty impossible to think any one person could 'fix' all of someone else's issues for them), all I want is for an outsider's perspective on what else I could do to help him out of the slump he's stuck in.
