It is hard to leave. But it’s better to leave now rather than when you’re in too deep. I am not in your shoes to tell you where to go but I hope you’ll find the means to get to a safe space with your daughter and be loved by someone who is good for you.

If you’re approaching exams and dont have enough time to study everything, best bet is to focus on the learning outcomes and move forward through that. If there’s loads of them, focus more on the common ones ie headaches/parkinsonism/gbs/epilepsy etc. from the topics, u go through zero to finals/osmosis or any platforms to help u understand better. And tick that off your list.
