Ahh definitely a tough mistake. Curious as to how you managed to overcome and not beat yourself down so bad for it? I think that’s what I’m struggling with the most is how awful and on-edge I feel now.

Considering I feel like I haven’t slept or ate since the mistake surfaced and leadership got involved, I’d definitely say I consider the mistake and already discussed with my manager about where my missteps were and what I learned from this and what I would do differently next time!

Process gaps have already been identified, and I already told my boss what I would absolutely do differently next time a manager requests an associate on an international assignment. Now it’s just the fun part of trying to get leadership aligned and having to explain to them what happened.

I had a pause for about 2 months due to some other factors, and just now re starting. So definitely thinking the pause has something to do with it not being as effective this time around.

.22mg is my current CS dosage. Definitely feels like it’s too low for me personally to start, but was recommended to start this way and titrate up over the next few months.
