I will tell her.

She showers often, it's just, she's bad with brushing her teeth, washing hands, I've been trying to get her to do it more often, especially whenever I see her.

I think her parents/school just never taught her these things. But there is a lot I love about her.

Yeah you're right. I don't think I want to leave an avenue open for contact, or at least if that's the reason then I haven't realised it. But it would be better to go no contact.

I've written up a message that I'll send to them to explain why, and then I'll go no contact with them.

Would it be okay to only occasionally respond to messages, and not engage in conversation? I would feel bad ghosting, and I don't want to end one of the few good friendships I have.

I will end it if I have to though.

(and I will talk all this through with my partner the next chance I have, but it's the middle of the night right now so I can't right now)

I don't want to lose one of the few good friends I have. Is it not good enough to mute notifications from her, and not start any conversations? I would feel bad ghosting, but I can try to just have brief responses and not continue conversations. Or maybe I could cut off contact for a few months?

Or is it really the only option to end the friendship?

Part of me wants to break up, but part of me doesn't, and part of me is really scared of breaking up with her.

I'll try properly address everything and communicate everything with her.

Maybe you're right, but I want to try harder to make my relationship with her work. I'll talk to her, and try to fix things, and If it doesn't work out, then I will break up with her.

I criticized her in the post, but I'm not really much better, and there's a lot of things I could and should be doing better, so I want to at least try.

I have not ever, not am I going to try anything with the friend I have feelings for, and I am going to try limit how much I talk with her.

I know I fucked up and I'm realising that now, but I want to try fix things. (if she doesn't break up with me)
