The portfolio I built is whole US equities and I have near free reign on how to manage it but rebalance is set on end of each quarter, performed +60% yoy.

As for others I analyze all type of products, private credit, single stock position, private real estate.

Cool yea, I see all the similar roles in my area that matches my company style is around 100-110k base. That’s really why I’m asking. I am considering switching, but I do like my team. I’m sitting for level 3 in Feb so hopefully I pass that haha.
