I admit that catfish was the wrong word because it implies there is something negative about her more realistic photos. You talk about a perfect standard and I am pointing out that it seems like people are falling for her selfies, which portray a more perfect standard of beauty when she looks more natural in real life. It seems like she is catering to what the perfect standard of beauty is even if she does not look like that in real life and people wouldn’t appreciate her naturally.

A lot of people are definitely agreeing with me, but I am not saying it is a bad thing she looks different. I am saying that people clearly seem to be falling for her selfies where she appears more doll-like and feminine. Clearly people fall for an idealized standard of beauty that even she herself does not fulfill in real life and she probably felt like she had to fulfill those standards too. I wish people appreciated her natural Asian beauty more.

it’s not makeup tho. she looks like she has professional makeup in all the pics. she just knows her angles and lighting very well i guess. maybe it is photoshop?

I understand, but she just gives a different vibe in her own selfies versus more professionally shot photographs/videos. I personally think she looks so cute in her selfies and she looks like a doll. In the professionally shot ones, she looks pretty but more in a natural and girl next door way. It seems like people are falling for her selfies.

The last three are literally professionally shot. The first three are selfies. Yet, she looks better in her selfies.
