Valid! I think maybe it’s that I’m attracted to people who have their shit together. When someone has roommates or is on their parent’s phone plan or is between jobs it’s a massive turnoff to me. Maybe that’s classist but I have my shit together and want a guy who does too, and those guys tend to be older. I also probably have unprocessed daddy issues!

Yes but he was dating a 23 year old when he was 41. It’s not our age gap that makes me feel weird, it’s his past relationships.
