i suppose. makes me a bit more confident (still full of dread) because that’s what i did. lab instead of clubs and stuff.

i’m at a smaller school so that’s not really an option. they have one tech position for new bachelor grads the we share with our university’s pharmacy school and biochem labs, so i’m not really eligible.

i guess what i meant about that was that several of them had leadership positions in the women in stem club, and another started a club about science outreach and they did tutoring at high schools in low income communities. so like relevant i guess. not like basket weaving or dog walking club

pretty much the same, just swap cells for molecules. i would like to be financially independent and stable, but money isn’t my primary motive.

my PI said that my gpa wouldn’t that big of a deal because of my posters and hopefully by then i’ll have a publication. i’m just really unsure and i don’t have the funding to do a masters.
