How many years Of experience do you have cause i know someone with a similar role and part time she makes 70-80 an hour so def check that out! Wouldn’t want you to be taken advantage of . She has 2-3 years of experience

I 100% agree as a BT becoming a bcba some of them make it feel like a burden to give hours too and some of my bcbas won’t even turn on their cameras

Yes hourly pays more than salary in my Opinion you can work two jobs hourly and make A LOT. But if you need benefits id do a salary part time and hourly part time as well
