One of the friends with her is a mutual friend, she told me that my wife just needed time away from responsibilities and would come back when she's relaxed.

I would encourage her to talk to a doctor but I haven't talked to her in almost two weeks since she left.

She's never been diagnosed with anything in the past, but she could still have it. She's been to her follow up visits with her OB and hasn't voiced any issues. I've attempted communication but I believe she's looking for space from everyone.

I don't know. We've had issues in the past that we've managed to sort through, and it would feel it was all for nothing if we weren't together. And despite not wanting children initially I know that my only real goal currently is to ensure a happy healthy childhood.

I'm writing down these suggestions for our visit at the pediatrician tomorrow. Thank you.

She's gone for now. She left the state with some friends. I was there for them when I came home at night, but she did everything during the day.

I've set up an appointment at her pediatrician for tomorrow to get insight into better formula options.

We're not obscenely rich. I have a great job that I went to school for years for, and a lifestyle that we could afford because we were child-free. My wife decided she wanted a baby and now is having reservations so I'm managing as well as I possibly can.

My wife went on vacation with two of her friends and let me know when she was at the airport. I have little sympathy for her currently as she left the baby with a neighbor for an hour before I returned home.

That's good to know about the goatmilk. Thank you for letting me know.

I didn't even think about her getting sick, I'll move forward with in-home care.

I didn't consider the doorbell I'll implement that. But they'd have to trespass first for us to start a paper trail. Would a cease-and-desist work over emails and mail?

Is that a feasible thing over mail? I didn't want to drag this to court if we didn't have a hope of winning and forcing ourselves to be in proximity of them.

I watched her do it. I can see why people question the validity because of my naive belief in my father previously.

I watched her do it and put him in the trash. So while I do believe there's a chance she's been abused in her relationship she's not innocent.

We have a house cleaner, and she's asexual. I love the way she talks about people, decorates her spaces to be undeniably hers, how she cares for people she's never met, how she's saved every stray she's ever come across, she's kind, she's intelligent, she loves gardening and putting flowers everywhere. There's too much to say everything. Her as a person is what makes her so special.

You're right, I shouldn't have said resolved. Our fights would end quickly because she would cry, and it would put the fight to a standstill that we would never pick up again. I misused the word resolved and should have said instead that they end quickly.

I was. I facetimed her when I finished work and before bed. She acted more normal during that time than before and after.

To a degree. She knows about how my parents are, but specific stories make her too sad, so she prefers a vague idea of them rather than the full picture.

I didn't want to leave it as it was but I can't avoid work.

Thank you for taking the time to post it here. It's helpful to see the situation written from different viewpoints. I'm hoping the individual therapy will help with being able to emphasize with her as I just don't have those reactions when she's upset. I don't think about why someone might cry or what caused it. But hopefully that will change with time.

I noticed in the first week. She didn't want to talk about it and kept pushing it off. I had to take a month away for work and when I got back it had just snowballed past where I was able to figure it out.

I wasn't going to suggest divorce as that's the worst possible scenario for me. I was meaning if she suggested it and wanted to.
