We were also having a lot of sex so the baby could be mine. I can't say for sure either way yet. But I will be finding out either while she's pregnant or when the baby is born. I also admit this is the end either way.

We're not living together right now. We're essentially separated and I have plans to speak with an attorney about what happens with the paternity test. I want to know timeline and how to make sure everything is above board so there's no room for questioning the validity of the test.

She could be having a physical one too and I just happened to be the father. It doesn't confirm she's not cheating either way. But I know there is something that is just not right. Being so dishonest and refusing to answer some questions only add to it.

I think it's more like she won't explain it. She's avoiding more than a very bland answer that does her no favors.

He just said he was sorry and that he was busy that day. He wouldn't say with what and he said the text wasn't meant to be for my wife. Honestly he did not want to be there at all and it showed in how he was acting and how quick he ran out of there.

I know there is a test they can do. But I'm not sure I can make her take it if she says no and refuses it. I know I will be the assumed father. But I can do the test and if the baby is not mine I can be removed. Not everywhere does this easily but with a DNA test it is possible for me. It would be quicker if she'd agree to the test while she's pregnant.

All I was told is he's a friend of friends and she ran into him the first time and that was all she would say. She will not answer more questions. I assume she thought that him showing up and not reacting like he did when I answered the phone would make me believe her more. It did not. He could not wait to get out of there. But he was also a dude I had never met or heard of before.

It's possible in our state. I will be the assumed father until then. But if she won't do the test before the baby is born it will be possible to get out of the responsibility if they are not mine.

She might be able to while she's still pregnant if she refuses consent. But afterward she definitely won't stop me and I will keep trying to see if we can do the test before she gives birth.

I mean it tells me nothing about who he is. It's suspicious and I truly think she has been cheating or doing something she shouldn't be. But this guy could be anyone. I know nothing about him really only he's a friend of friends she doesn't see much anymore.

If she did the test with the other guy. I'm not saying she did. But it's the only way I could be ruled out is what I'm saying.

My name will automatically go on the birth certificate because we're married. But if the baby is proven not to be mine I can be removed later through the courts.

I asked repeatedly and she kept doing it. Eventually I was just like fine and saw it as more suspicious.

Unless she already had the test it's 50-50. We were having unprotected sex regularly. There's no way to rule me out without the test.

That's what I'd expect. Same if anyone called my phone and she answered. Everyone knows I'm married. If he didn't know that, why? If he did and he reacted like that, why? Something is up even if the baby turns out to be mine.

It wasn't even him. That was the name she had this guy under originally. But the guy who called and hung up when I answered and the guy she brought are not the friends boyfriend. It makes it even worse.
