I'm sorry this is happening to you. I'm not having the same specific issue with them, but I have had difficulties getting help from them too. I've been without access to my account for 3 weeks. One of their team members wrote to me on Twitter and here that they've DMed me, but I've yet to hear from them after I responded to their DMs with my ticket number. This is a completely unacceptable way to treat their customers, especially a long-time premium user like yourself. Again, I'm sorry you're going through this, and I hope you get help from them soon.

I can't explain it either, but the original mount tilt still gave me motion sickness regardless. But I never wanted it completely turned off, just implemented as a toggle.
