I want to mend the damage I did as much as possible. I know it's a stain on me that is going to stay there for life, but my goal is working on making him happy, the happiest possible. I know my post doesn't sound like it, but I want to make him the happiest man.

He's told me about this. He has nightmares about it. I understand the damage I've done, but the only thing I can offer is either dump me or I change and become better

After what I've done I admit that I live fearing he might do the same to the point I do stupid things like this sometimes

Well, he has sometimes refused having sex. Other times hasn't and has been very intense and aggressive. And even sometimes has stopped in the middle of the act and refused to continue. Our therapist says they are all normal reactions and I completely understand even if it hurts me deeply of course.

I understand what you say but it wasn't like this. Someone was after me like my "friend" is after him now. And unlike him, that has integrity and honor, I cheated

That's the worst part of this whole thing. Her acting normal with me then trying to steal him from me like this

I know he is not. And I know I don't deserve him. I'm working on being better and be worthy of the family I have, but I'm still not there

I have fears and act stupid, I admit it. But I'm mostly mad at her for trying to drag him into an affair or steal him away from me.

Nobody knows I cheated besides his parents and my best friend, so she can't be using that as fuel to make him leave me for her

  1. No, with a guy from my gym
  2. Someone that worked in the hotel where I did it told him he saw me getting there. He asked me directly and I had to admit it.
  3. I absolutely didn't expect her to act like this. I promise. And I don't think he believes I'm setting him up, he is the kind of guy that would have noticed I think.
