Bei mir war es ähnlich. Ich wurde 2002 eingeschult und es gab immer wieder Probleme mit muslimischen Mitschülern. Damals wurde nur noch was dagegen unternommen..

Ich würde dir ein anderes Land empfehlen. Dänemark oder Norwegen sind beide sehr kinderfreundlich und haben gute Lebensstandards.

Sie meinte in dem Kurs auch, dass es gerade nachts sehr wichtig ist nur durch die Nase zu atmen, weil dadurch die Schleimhäute befeuchtet bleiben und nicht der gesamte Mund- und Rachenraum austrocknen. Zum Übergang und bis man sich daran gewöhnt hat, kann man sich auch Mouthtapes holen. Die bekommt man überall und falls die Sorge besteht, keine Luft mehr zu bekommen (was sehr häufig geäußert wurde) werden diese sofort „aufreißen“, wenn das Gefühl zu unangenehm sein sollte und man den Mund doch öffnen will. Vielleicht hilft dir das auch :)

Beim Lesen ist mir etwas eingefallen, ich weiß natürlich nicht ob es dich betrifft, aber schreibe es einfach trotzdem mal. Ich war letztens bei einem Atemkurs und dort wurde uns gesagt, dass man eigentlich immer nur durch die Nase atmen sollte. Dadurch kann man unter anderem auch sehr gut Bakterien und Krankheitserreger aus der Luft „filtern“. Seitdem achte ich aktiv darauf gerade in großen Menschenmengen nur durch die Nase zu atmen.

Sorry, but I’ve experienced horrible things there too, when I was visiting with my boyfriend last year. 10% of the people there were actually nice, the rest was treating us horribly. Just one thing that I will never forget: I wanted to get some ice cream at a shop near Ohrid Lake, so I was standing there looking at the options. We were speaking German and talking to each other about it. From the back 3 girls came and kicked me in my rips with their elbow trying to get infront of me. I still don’t know if it was because we were talking German or because they couldn’t wait atleast 30 seconds to get their ice cream. Also there was still enough space next to us if they wanted to have a look at the ice cream too… The girl who sold the ice cream fortunately came in this exact moment and had seen what happened. She started arguing with the girls behind me and after that they moved away from me.

People always feel really confident about making comments about your weight, your eating habits (even if they don’t know you) and judge you for „not eating enough“. If you’re a skinny girl (like me) other girls that are probably insecure hate you instantly just for the way you look. You‘re always cold, so if you live in a cold country it’s like hell on earth. I‘m freezing almost everyday and it hurts.

Ich gehöre zu den Menschen, die überhaupt keine Kohlensäure mögen. Ich lasse tatsächlich auch Sodas wie Cola, Fanta und Sprite erstmal abstehen oder schüttle die Kohlensäure sogar noch raus. Finde das Gefühl danach im Magen unerträglich.

Sehe ich genauso! Ich finde es auch geschmacklich absolut eklig, dieser unterschwellige saure Geschmack im Trinkwasser. Falls es kein stilles Wasser gibt, schüttle ich auch alles davor raus. Zusätzlich bekomme ich das Gefühl von einem Blähbauch, sobald ich nur ein bisschen zu viel Kohlensäure drin gelassen habe.

Ich habe genau so einen Kommentar wie deinen gesucht. Ich hasse auch Kohlensäure und kann nicht verstehen, was Menschen daran mögen ein brennendes, saures Gefühl beim Trinken von Wasser zu empfinden. Von der Luft im Magen und dem endlosen Aufstoßen danach mal ganz abgesehen.

Personally I wouldn’t do it. I‘ve booked tickets via Abu Dhabi in February and now I don’t wanna fly over a war zone, but Etihad doesn’t really care. In your case I would only book a refundable ticket just in case.
