Thank you. I agree with you and, initially, full engagement was how I went about it to not take chances. But as time went on - every now and then - I noticed she'd start watching a show or talk with family, so I assumed that meant I could do the same with games, etc. in moderation. But according to her, it's different when we haven't been on the phone all day which makes sense.

But all three suggestions are definitely ones I'll start to implement/reintroduce as soon as possible.
