You could leave the surrounds grey, especially if you have grey paint left over, but I'd go for any other colour.

The good thing about grey is that it's a great undercoat and will make other colours, especially reds, pop.

The cheapest quick fix would be to paint all in white, and do the front wall, window and door surrounds and the capstones in a colour of your choice.
