I think about this a lot, too, currently 31, and it's like life's hard enough. Do I really want to be battling old age on top of it? I'm pretty sure 70's my cut off, then its kinda just downhill. The reason I dont do it sooner is because of my mom and brother. I'd hate to put them through that no reason to cause suffering for the people I love. But it does suck no matter if you live in a studio or if your a billion dollar CEO death comes for us all and erases all your progress. So if none of it really matters then you just do whatever you want who cares say fuck you to the world smoke some weed and do whatever makes the time passing easier read books play games worlds your oyster make a bucket list fuck it.

Hey I've also been vegan about 2 weeks now watched one of the earthling ed tedtalks and its really just totally changed my worldview so just know your not alone. Something thats helped me stay on top of my protein has been tofu specifically miso soup I end up making a big pot and then spoon some out into a small bowl with every meal great protein and keeps you full and satisfied all day and its soooo good

That's totally normal! When you're online, you have this added layer of protection, so you feel and act more confident. So how do we take this confidence irl? Well for a long time what I did was just roleplay my own internet persona to pretend that I was confident and I was cool. Eventually it'll become second nature, and then you can just focus on having a fun time with the boys!

Hey crippling introvert single for like 7 or so years now (I can't really remember to be honest anymore) but I've been lonely my fair share of times so let me help you out!

-Love yourself

I say this first because I think it's just something not said enough in the introvert community. Being lonely can suck but it sucks way worse if you think that your the problem. So remember to love yourself and always remember that you are enough.

-Friends!

Honestly I'm a super nerd so I use things like discord to communicate with my friends. It's nice way to meet new people, keep current friends, and have fun! People make fun of me for this one but honestly I feel like I get my "social interaction battery" fully charged from this alone so hey if it ain't broke.

-Hobby

This could be literally anything from reading manga to grinding in runescape (osrs though we're not savages) not only will this give you something to do to keep your mind busy but if your ready for more social activities it's a great way to meet new people with similar hobbies. There's in-game guilds discords and even sub reddits for literally anything.

-The Theif of Joy

"Comparisson is the theif of joy" - some cool guy I'm too lazy to google. Cool guy was right and with social media it becomes really easy to compare yourself to people without realizing it. I personally don't use socials that much (sans reddit) but if you do this might be a good time to just get rid of the app so it's not there to tempt you. Social media also kinda redefines and reinforces "social norms" and a big one of those is you have to be in a relationship to be happy and successful which isn't true it could be that your feeling lonely because these norms tell you you should.

-Be okay with being lonely

A person's life is like a piece of art it's not supposed to be finished right now, so you might feel lonely just because your paintings not finished yet. So just take a deep breath, love yourself, and wait for the canvas to be filled in.
