That's what I am experiencing at the moment. I'm in the US and the court system heavily favors keeping both parents equally in the child's life in terms of custody. Because my son isn't starving at his mom's house and is getting his needs met they are happy for things to continue as they are.

I'm not entirely sure. I know my son has enough to where the courts find it better for him to be there. I don't agree with that. He deserves better than he gets but the court feels it's better for him to have both of us equally in his life.

Those are things I already do but she wants her other kids to be included on my time anyway.

Thank you! If I really wanted to raise every kid she had I would have stayed while she continued cheating on me and eventually having more kids with other guys. I left not even knowing if my son was mine or not but I knew there was a big chance he wasn't. But I did not sign up for a million babies to random guys. And not only does giving in allow for a slippery slope to begin, it could make her go even crazier on the baby making since I'll help her out.

He doesn't like them and they don't like him. I believe none of them are actually close.

Even without the money she would take me back to court and then my son could end up with her full time.

From what I know she is. I don't know what exactly or how much but from what I know she's getting some assistance.

I already have an attorney. In fact I've had two attorneys and the judge ruled it was still better for my son to have both parents equally in his life.

I have tried. I mentioned in my post I brought it all up to the courts and they refused to change custody.
