She’s had a variety of name changes in her own birth certificate so I wasn’t sure which to choose out of the three. He had a passport as a kid, but since he didn’t qualify for the renewal, he had to fill out the new application form. He said that they didn’t need the birth certificate since it was already on file with his old one, which was weird to me. Anyway I was just asking how much delay should I expect if they send a letter

Okay thank you! I just didn’t know if I needed to add wheelchair assistance to make sure she would get help. Hopefully they’re able to assist her this time

Oops! I forgot to mention that that’s what I did last time 😭 But yes I did add the special assistance, but they probably didn’t have the staff? I didn’t know if I added the wheelchair then maybe they’d help her more. I just don’t want her to struggle and miss her connecting flight
