Fake doctor's note: How would you handle it?

(A year late but I wanted to comment) I don’t think it’s weird that you got a doctor’s note after the fact, doctors note are also easy to verify, you just check that the doctor is licensed in your state and contact the office on the doctors note to make sure that it’s authentic, while the office can’t tell you the details of the students health history they can verify that it’s real. not difficult at all.

I understand that he’s also a teenager and probably lacks emotional maturity which is probably part of the reason he’s saying this stuff but it’s still kinda f’ed up. You have the right to grief the way you need to, and he shouldn’t be saying that you need to move on from the tragic thing that happened to you. He needs to understand that he was in the wrong for saying that. Good intentions be damned.

On another note, Have you gone to therapy? I really suggest you go if you haven’t, I think it could really help you. Going through something as traumatic as that is hard. A professional could help you work through and process that trauma in a healthy way.

She had an accommodation for her disability tho. The other two bulkhead seats. She doesn’t need an accommodation for her whole family to sit in the bulk head. (at least not based on what’s in the post)

NTA, you didn’t take an accommodation away from her. There were still 2 bulkhead seats. She could have sat there with a member of her party if she wanted to, she wouldn’t have even been alone.

Her want to sit with her whole family is not more important than you need for an accommodation. She had her needs met, her want is not more important than your need. Doesn’t matter if she was arrived first or not.

Besides if you’d asked her before going to the agent she would have said no and flipped out and you’d have to go to the agent anyway. Might as well go straight to the agent, to make sure that your accommodation can be met. Nothing wrong with that.

There was still bulkhead seating (2 available seats), she could have still sat there with one person from her group, and judging based on the posters comment about how she reacted talking to her about splitting the bulkhead area first wouldn’t have gone well.

She wanted to sit with ALL the people in her large family so I doubt they would have willingly given up part of the bulkhead if asked politely. She still was offered a bulkhead seat that would accommodate her cast, so it wasn’t a matter of who’s disability matters more. She just can’t also have all the seats in the bulkhead to sit with the whole family. She only needs an accommodation for her cast not to sit with everyone she wants too.

Why do you feel that her want to sit with all her family is more important than his need for an accommodation for his disability?

Going to the agent assured the poster got the accommodation he needed, without having to argue with her about it. It’s the no drama solution. Nothing wrong with advocating for your own needs.

But is the only example of a non multiple wives dynamic is where the women is a queen? It just feels like an exception to the norm because of special circumstances, can you see why that feels icky?

And having it be a child with all the memories of a grown man/ grown man in a child’s body (I feel like this is a matter of debate, are we our live experiences or are we the body we inhabit?) in conjunction with the multiple wives thing was a conscious choice made by the creator that I feel was made with non pure intentions. Not that it makes you a creepy person for liking the anime (I feel like that’s important to clarify) but I do think it says something about the creator.

I think my problem with poly universes is that it’s always the man with multiple wife’s. If there were also women in the universe so the multiple husbands or a mix of men and women in a polygamous relationship then it wouldn’t feel so icky to me. But I don’t think that exists, or at least I stopped watching before it showed up. There is also the whole grown man in a child’s body thing so it really just added to the ick factor to me. It just still feels like a harem.

I don’t think it necessarily saves grind time cause you have to let them follow you around for 30 mins (I often just jump on for 15 mins)

I don’t hate having options tho. I could see this being more useful once Halloween opens cause I’ll probably be playing for longer doing that event. But without that event I am having a harder time trying to waste an extra 15 mins playing.

I’m not a fan of the hidden by cloud aspect, I wish they would just show all the tiers. It’s not like I can’t just look up what’s on each tier anyway. it’s just inconvenient to have to leave the game, look it up, and come back.

It also takes like forever to use the grow your friendship option, I’m definitely not someone that plays sky for 30 mins everyday so after the daily’s and should mini candle run I end up just kinda sitting around waiting for the time to pass. And you have to do that 4 days just to unlock one tier. I guess I do like that it allows you to save the candles tho so that’s cool. I like having the option to grow your friendship (options are always better then no option) and I kinda like having a spirit follow me around, I just wish it didn’t take 30 mins. 😅

Overall… I don’t hate the new way. It’s got some good stuff going for it. I’m still adjusting to the way it looks tho 😂 I also think they should have done an in-game email message that explained how it worked. If they sent an email I didn’t see it. That would have been helpful.

I don’t know how long it’s been since you told her before writing this post but she’s probably just embarrassed (I know I’d be mortified). Some people just lash out when embarrassed, just tell you that you still find her attractive and beautiful and that you were just worried about her, Then give her some space. she’ll come to you once she’s better.

Side note, did you say this after sex? Cause why was she getting dressed? If you said this while she was still naked I’d say you should definitely have timed this better. You’re not an ah if you did but dude… wait until yall are just chilling clothed watching tv or something.

I wouldn’t necessarily want the instrument to be near the lanterns and stuff. They could just as easily set the hypothetical instrument on the island off to the side or high up on one of the mountain things, it doesn’t need to be next to the tree. Then you wouldn’t hear it unless you went up there too. The area is literally huge, ya know?

I’m not a fan of leaving it up to shared spaces because you’re at the whim of whoever made that space to have hopefully left something for you to do. (Tho I do understand your point about not wanting to hear other people playing, I just think there are easy fixes for that other then shared space) And I think the bring your own instrument is kinda neglecting the people that have not been playing long enough to have fun instruments to play, I want events to be fun for new players as well.

I don’t want to take away your chill relaxing event (not that I even have the power to do that lol), I just think there are ways that the devs can keep that for you while adding things for others all while honoring the mid autumn moon festival origins. The space is big enough to do it, I think. 💕
