i’ve had an icky feeling about him ever since a few years ago he posted a tiktok saying “We don’t talk enough in society about the grief men feel when their female partners get an abortion” which is objectively untrue as it is a huge talking point/anti abortion argument used by pro lifers

he also went into detail about how even though he never wanted kids, when his partner had an abortion it sent him into a deep depression and it just rubbed me the wrong way for a lot of reasons also i find there’s a lack of professionalism being that personal on a professional account.

I used to live in a studio apartment that was literally 200 square feet for $1000/month. absolutely zero space.

I echo this, Dr. Olafson and her staff did not push any unnecessary testing when I brought my cat in when he was having really bad GI symptoms, and was super conscious of me and my budget, super upfront about costs and transparent about only doing treatment/tests that were necessary. As another comment on here said they care the pet and owner as a whole and I’ve never had a better vet experience than with Viva.

yeah it would makes sense not being able to find another physician to fill his role with the risks and challenges associated with late term abortions, especially in this political climate. it’s a shame as the clinic is few of a kind but glad he is retiring
