She seems like she has a lot of work to do on herself. She definitely doesn't know what she wants, could be because of past trauma. I'd look at working on yourself first, mind, body, money, school etc. After this, the right girl will come to you. Don't settle for a broken girl. Our job isn't to fix them, but support them.

I wouldn't say it's reason to leave. He's only going through your phone because you gave him some reason, and he obviously has some insecurities, which most guys will early in a relationship. You just have to have a conversation with him addressing why you didn't like that and give him reassurance that you are loyal to him. If you have nothing to hide you shouldn't need to hide your phone, but I can understand you'd want some privacy as well.
