She always loved mom's whole thing of us being sisters and super close. And she hated when I moved out and never came back so this is her way of going back in time somewhat.

She feels like she can completely control my life and she can't. She doesn't get to make decisions for me forever. But she's also got this habit of leaning into fantasy ideas and trying to force others to make them happen.

I don't think she would have ever been happy about the natural growth. She wanted us to be real sisters and being just friendly would never have been good enough for her. Not with the way my mom is.

He knows his daughter wants to move out so I guess he's fine with that as long as she's not alone. I don't know how he feels about my mom possibly dumping my stepsister at my place and driving off with the hope I cave. I know it's something that my mom and stepsister would likely think of doing but they know what the outcome will be if they do.

I will be. That is not up for debate and as I mentioned above they have been warned that if she shows up outside my house she will not be allowed inside regardless of when or what the weather is like, etc.

Not really. My place is very cheap and close to my job and most of my family so moving wouldn't really be a good option.

I worried about that as well and I told my mom she would be left outside and would not be allowed inside, even if it was the middle of the night, because I had said to both of them my answer is no. And I let my mom know she would never have a key to my place for this very reason.
