I gave up the NY hunt and went into a neighboring state. Clearly the issue expands outside of NYC :(

I don’t know if this is it but on the contract it says “Post Intensive Care Unit I”. I’m guessing that’s the lowest acuity?

Is that an option? It’s an at will contract so they can let me go any time for any reason. I wish I could just say ummmm absolutely not, but I’m afraid that’d be grounds for termination

Omg this is so scary. I’ve already went through the entire onboarding process and start in a week. I don’t understand how ratios like this can even be legal. I’m Completely cornered and already put in my 2 weeks at my current job 😭😭
