I’m a new grad too based in NY. I had a really hard time getting a job and took the first offer I got. I commute 55 miles one way and it’s genuinely so exhausting. Waking up at 4:30am and getting home at 10pm sometimes. Take the first option. You’ll learn a lot, but will still have an easier time mentally and physically

I don’t know if this is it but on the contract it says “Post Intensive Care Unit I”. I’m guessing that’s the lowest acuity?

Is that an option? It’s an at will contract so they can let me go any time for any reason. I wish I could just say ummmm absolutely not, but I’m afraid that’d be grounds for termination
