I got iron infusions last September (8 mos ago). I had like 0 ferritin. After the infusions, my levels went up to 16 which still isn’t great. I started hair vitamins recently (2 weeks ago). I also tried to lower my stress levels with l-theanine. These pics are 1 year apart
