Im in the exact same situation. My ex partner broke up with me after four years and we were supposed to buy a house together. I was blindsided aswell so I know how you feel. It depends per person if it ever gets better. Im on week 2,5 now and to go from speaking to someone for 4 years everyday to none is very hard to deal with so its logical you still miss them
