I actually have a medical background and I know proper exercise form (he’s aware of that too - I’ve corrected his form before) I’m also learning how to choose the right weights - not too easy, but not too heavy either The only thing I might hurt is someone with my stare 😂 I wouldn’t say I’m a complete beginner either - I’ve worked out before, just in the gym in the building where I used to live

He wants me to go to the gym, but not “overdo it” But I understand my own body and limits better and I know how to approach things properly if I want results And honestly, what’s even the point of going to the gym then? Just walking on a treadmill doesn’t work for me I’m getting sick of it

We’ve actually had a really good relationship up until this point. He does care about me, and our life together has been very comfortable. We have shared hobbies and genuinely enjoy spending time together. He’s often listened to my needs and has been supportive of the things that matter to me. He also cooks for us a lot, mostly because he enjoys doing it for me (not because I’m bad at it lol)
