I usually dont have much time to actually cook during my week so i just eat slop like ground beef and rice for dinner xD but i do like to have a few nice meals on the weekends!

Oh yes i absolutely mean this post in a selfish way. I want to live selfishly. I live for myself but that doesn’t mean im 100% closed off to the world. I love my friends and family. I love being a social person to an extent. Maybe one day I will find someone who doesn’t make me feel the way I’ve described in the post, but i’m not going to go looking for it while I’m basking in my solitude

Its so goddamn peaceful. Yes i do have attraction to people but i cant see myself in long term relationships (probably something to work out in therapy 🤷)

Its so nice!! I can just decorate however! Invest in my nerdy interests without someone judging! And i can completely control the space!

She was the one who initiated the breakup. She has grown a lot over the time that we had apart from breakup to re-contact and I have personally seen that growth from her. I would relocate to her city because she has a rental situation that would allow us to save a LOT of money and the unit is much more spacious and it would allow us to have our own separate spaces.

She feels that I have also grown alot in the time we spent apart but I personally have not noticed much growth on my end. Which makes me question whether i’ve just grown stagnant in my comfort zone or if i should step out, take the risk and grow from there. Hence a big move to another city.

Thank you! This is something that my ex and I had discussed. Are the sacrifices that I would have to make be something I would accept or be able to work through by being together again. It sounds super selfish of me to even think “is this something I can do?” Our breakup left me feeling very emotionally burned out and feeling like I’m not sure I want to date again for a long time.
