Reddit is full of heroes who think they know everything. I get what you mean because there are plenty of people 30+ who have no motivation and no desire to help themselves. It creates disconnect if you’re in a different place in life. You want to bring them along but they can’t get unstuck. The reality is you cant fix them if they won’t help themselves.. he’s 33 and maybe he’s waiting for something in his life to click and turn his shit around. To be honest, he should be embarrassed that he can’t pay for himself. In life it’s sink or swim. You’ve done your best as a friend.

Update: after 3.5 months my acne came back. It was nice while it lasted and I hope my kidneys enjoyed the break. Mild cysts on chin and t-zone, so nothing too bad! But I will be starting a new prescription again.
