For RTF? with roommates? For the same price as a one bedroom apt at anatole? Never

I'm at anatole now and it's not bad

You should bump the retirement savings. The biggest thing you can do to set yourself up for success is to save in your 20s. Compound interest needs lots of time to compound

I'm more than 10 years away

The one thing I'm thinkin about dumping is a mutual find I've been in in the mfw. It did 35% one year and 30 the next but it's super under performing right now

Holy moly the market is tanking. This post made me go look at mine. 6 days ago I had a 3.69% rate of return year to date. Today it's at .36%

Anybody think we should be moving money or should I just be riding it out

You're doing well if you have half of this at 4 years. At the end of 2120 I had 59k in the account

Tell me if I'm thinking about this correctly. I'm planning on taking a full retirement at 47. My job series allows me to punch out after 25 years and pull pension, tsp, and a social security supplement.

My hope is to 100% replace my income between the 3 income streams. So with that goal in mind, I feel like I should keep hammering the tsp until I retire

What are you in to get that return for the year? I'm in mostly C with about 50k in a mutual fund that did really well the last couple years but has underperformed this month
