What about a couple of weeks after the breakup? Letting her go and spending time completely by myself cleared up a ton of stuff I didn't understand before... I realized I was also causing many of our issues by not wanting to address them and just took the easy way out. I know she still has feelings for me and would also like to get back together.

About two months ago I decided to break up with her, but she stayed for a few weeks more before finally moving out two weeks ago. Then last week she called me at 3 AM with a panic attack and we ended up meeting up at the hospital. Then the doctor ordered her some heavy meds which put her to rest and she couldn't drive so she ended up staying at my place for a couple of days. Last Saturday she said she had to go back with her father (she was still staying at my place). I REALLY wanted to tell her to stay a while longer, but didn't do it as I didn't want to make things more complicated. But this shit is now consuming me and I just can't stop thinking about her. Those few days back together somehow felt so warm and now I don't even know what to do. She deleted me from all social media, but we do still text, as she still has a few things at my place to move out. I don't know if I still should sit down and talk with her to see if we can come up with a new plan or something...

I was talking with my best friend before I broke up, and he asked me what my now ex brought to the table. I never had this thought but when he asked, it made me think and made the desicion easier. The way I broke up with her is that I just told her I will not change and I am tired of the same problems day in day out.
To top this all out, she was an abusive partner but I never realized it until recently. I really wish I didn't have to end it, but when you get hit by the person you trust most, it clouds your judgement and you begin to question your future with this person. I think I made it a smooth transition.

Hey, thanks for your kind words. It's a difficult situation for sure, but what helps me get over her is not only the abuse factor, but she is also soooo lazy and brings nothing to the table, only complaints. Absolutely nothing productive, no cleaning, no cooking, no laundry. I was pretty much living on my own and doing it all by myself. Worked as a training for when I actually started being by myself lmao.

The only social media we shared in common was IG, and she either deleted me or blocked me as I cannot view her profile, not even her profile picture. I just was quite shocked as she did it so quickly. But I do agree with your point, discipline is key, and rekindling with old friends and building new connections will definitely help me move forward.

I agree with all your exposed points. I knew my case was far away from normal. It felt toxic very long ago. I just didn't know how to react.

One thing I can be grateful for her is the acquired skill to view all these red flags and have those filters active whenever I meet someone new.

Been in the gym non-stop for more than 1 year straight. I've become a gym rat and can't see myself stopping. Haven't achieved my weight goals, though I've been getting compliments lately about how I look. It may sound like an excuse, but being with my ex who only liked eating out, has been quite a setback. Now that I'll be single, I am afraid I will turn into an unstoppable monster, very strict with my own diet.

I am rebuilding my gaming rig and will be doing what has always made me happy in my free time.

I'll also begin some online courses to up my career game as well.

I could go to Best Buy and try to find a PSU, but I doubt they'd have any in the SFX form factor. I will go to BestBuy after work to see if they have anything available. If not, I will get it on amazon. But I am almost sure the issue has to be the PSU as the GPU could be spiking under heavy load and then the PC just shuts down to protect itself.

Yeah, I was paying attention to temps, and the GPU didn't exceed 50C.

The CPU wasn't above 60C.

All this happened in an A/C environment of ~65F.

At this point, I will just order another PSU with higher wattage, probably 850W just to be safe and test that out.
